The sooner we get started the better, to ensure everything is delivered and ready to be installed as soon as a home is finished being built. If your home is pre-existing home, it is important to know that some items take time to come in but we will do our best to install what we can as soon as we receive it.

When is the best time to order furniture for a new build?

It is really important that we work quickly to make selections for your home if you have a deadline.  Custom Upholstery items can take 10 months or more to have finished so the sooner we get those ordered the better. The same goes with any item that might be backordered. We also have to have time to account for discontinued items so we can make the necessary changes. As soon as we select the entire design, we order it all and keep your purchases stored until install.
