Meet The Team

Justin began his journey in home construction at the early age of 12 years old when he would demo homes and help renovate them during his summers. His love for home building grew fast, and by the time he was in his late teens, he had already gained experience in trim and electrical work. He loved it all, but what he really wanted was to be the homebuilder who orchestrated all the many parts and pieces to bring a house to full life. With over 30 years of experience, Justin has worked in old home renovations, helped build custom homes in Park City and Salt Lake City, built storage units and car washes. He worked as a project manager for Providence Homes overseeing the builds of 500+ production homes, has built hundreds of custom homes/additions, and has been the owner of Ashtin Homes since 2005.

Ashley has a lifetime of exposure to the home building industry that started from the time she was little, because of her father’s homebuilding company. She also had a mother that was always heavily involved in design and even owned her own design and decor store. Ashley had the opportunity to travel with her mother to attend furniture markets to purchase store merchandise for Bella Fine. She has fond memories of going with her mother to meet with the drapery seamstress to create window treatments and bedding for her childhood home. She remembers watching her mother decorate shelves and put floral arrangements together. Once married, Ashley spent time decorating model homes and also supported her husband as he ventured into custom homes. The brain is powerful, and Ashley never imagined when she began to dive into this business, how well her mind was prepared and ready to do some amazing things in the luxury custom home and design industry. Needless to say, that lifetime of exposure has paid off.

Bailey comes from Billings, Montana but moved to Utah after high school graduation. It is in Utah that she married the love of her life and graduated from UVU with a degree in communications. She did this all while working full time for a design firm in a position that helped fuel a passion she knew she had within her. From a young age Bailey had a passion for design whether that was drawing new clothing pieces or dreaming up beautiful homes. Working in the interior design industry gave her hands-on, real life experience where her skills and expertise now make her incredibly valuable to the clients she works with. She believes that there is something to be said about a home that is designed and decorated with love, no matter the style. She thoroughly enjoys selecting furniture and decor and believes that soft furnishings can bring any look together to create a cohesive and curated look. “The design of a home never ceases to be inspiring as it gives families beautiful and functioning spaces where memories can be created with the people that they love.” Bailey values honesty, communication, hard work, laughter, and relationships but don’t be fooled by this softy. This volleyball, rugby, basketball and track star is tough as nails and knows how to bring her best game to anything she does in life!

Texas born and raised, Hayden eventually made his way to Utah where he attended BYU and played a year of college baseball. He ended up graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in personal financial planning. Shortly after graduation he married his dream girl, Bailey. He worked for a private wealth management firm for 2 years as an investment analyst where he gained skills in asset management, critical thinking and customer service. From a young age, Hayden had always wanted to flip homes, be involved in real estate and build beautiful properties. He enjoys seeing projects go into the ground, the complexities of all it takes to happen, and seeing each home at completion where all the finishing touches come together. Hayden is a BuilderTrend expert, manages ordering, builds financial statements, and is heavily involved in design implementation. He’s a valuable part of the team in an area that takes incredible time and attention to detail. When he has down time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, boating, watching movies, and enjoying good food.
